Communication Officer - Global Internal Engagement

Duties and Responsibilities

Leads the planning, development, and implementation of integrated and innovative internal engagement campaigns to support the implementation of IFC’s strategic business agenda with focus on the HR agenda.
Supports Executive Engagement with different internal stakeholders to get their buy in for key IFC programmes in HQ and in regional offices
Works closely with the teams responsible for developing all HR initiatives to create and implement an integrated and innovative communication strategy that supports HR’s evolving goals in support of the business
Supports the launch and implementation of key HR initiatives to strengthen the employee value proposition at IFC. This will span the whole staff lifecycle from recruitment and selection, incentives, performance management, career management, leadership learning, mobility to exit
Conceptualises and supervises the preparation, production and dissemination of original, compelling and effective content, for dissemination via print, broadcast, online and face to face channels and other outlets that help HR engage with staff
