Chief Producer, Eastern Europe

Reuters is looking for a talented editorial leader to manage our growing video operation in Gdansk, Poland. You will be responsible for driving our coverage in Central Eastern Europe and will provide day-to-day direction to a network of staff and freelance videographers and photographers shooting video in 16 countries. Passionate about news and winning the spot story, you will have a strong flair for the feature stories that work in the digital age. You will be very customer-focused and will be able to tailor content for a diverse global client base that includes more than 1,000 broadcasters and digital media outlets. Drawing on your solid experience in guiding and organising desk operations, you will mould our expanding hub in Poland into an integral part of our global video services. This is a senior role and you will be experienced at driving performance and managing change among a rapidly growing and developing team. Strong English language skills are a must for this position, German and/or Polish skills are clear advantages.
