Correspondent – Maternity Cover (9 month contract)

c is looking for an ambitious junior journalist to help drive our coverage of financial markets in central Europe as part of a team of breaking news journalists from around the region. The successful candidate will manage daily coverage of stocks, bonds and foreign exchange in Hungary, as well as Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia. He or she will also be expected to cover breaking news from Hungary and help write spot stories from other countries in the region. This is a fast-paced job that requires quick thinking, excellent news judgement and team spirit. It is a great opportunity for a Hungarian-speaking journalist to hone his or her skills while working with world class editors and reporters, on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
