About the Role: In this opportunity as Digital Account Manager, you will: Assist with territory growth goals by reaching cross-sell/upsell targets (in partnership with Digital Sales Specialists, as needed); Own and drive achievement of monthly renewal volume and revenue targets; Forecast accurate retention and sales attainment expectations on a weekly and monthly basis; Demonstrate an Agile mindset – consistently innovating and making slight iterations of plan execution to maximize performance; Communicate impediments in real time to key stakeholders for support in resolving and moving forward; Demonstrate a strong aptitude for exploring and implementing new sales enablement tools that can be scaled to the larger Tax & Accounting Professionals team
