The Thomson Reuters Foundation is seeking a creative and entrepreneurial individual to lead our social media team and set the strategic direction for our channels. Social media is an essential entry point for our audience, and invaluable in raising awareness, building relationships, and driving digital growth. We’ve seen strong growth on social for THE Thomson Reuters Foundation and we are looking for someone to continue this positive trend. As Head of Social Media, you'll oversee social-native content (infographics, videos, etc), take a leading role in the development of campaigns for major projects and use data to inform decision-making and fuel growth and engagement. You'll also be consultative, providing guidance across the Foundation on social media best practices; lead our social media strategy and stay up to date with the latest trends in publishing on social media. You'll work across our editorial social media accounts — sharing and repackaging our journalism from news.trust.org and Openly — and our corporate communications channels, which focus on the broader work of the Foundation.
