Corporate Communications Specialist Senior

The Corporate Communications Specialist Sr. will develop and execute a wide range of strategic programs and activities in support of TIAA Bank's long-term communications, marketing and financial performance objectives and goals. Design and develop public and media relations programs; social media activities; employee communications programs; and executive communications projects. Manage the day-to-day and long-term activities of the Bank's outside public relations firm, including PR program budgets, staff and resource allocations and on-the-group activities of agency staff. Coordinate Bank communications programs with other TIAA communications groups, including TIAA Corporate Communications. Create and execute communications programs that support TIAA Bank's strategic marketing goals. Provide hands-on communications support for senior TIAA Bank leaders. Partner closely with Legal, Human Resources, Marketing and business unit leaders for the development and execution of communications activities that fully conform to all TIAA and TIAA Bank policies and procedures governing social media and traditional media. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk-management standards are met for internal and external communications programs.
