VP, Internal Communications

Vice President of Internal Communications for Nuveen will lead the planning and development of strategic associate communications across the firm’s global footprint. The role will report to the Global Head of Media Relations for Nuveen. The successful candidate will partner with many internal stakeholders, including the Nuveen CEO and Executive Leadership Team (the firm’s top 10 executives) and other leaders and business partners across all areas of Nuveen and its affiliates, to drive creative and strategic narratives and engaging content aligned with our business priorities, culture and values. This role will also work in close partnership with TIAA internal communications and Nuveen PR colleagues, to ensure consistent and coordinated messaging. The successful candidates will be fluent with new and emerging communications tools and techniques and have a track record of successfully operating in a dynamic and constantly changing global business environment. As a strong writer, creative thinker and collaborator, this individual will develop standards of excellence for our internal communications strategy and deliver compelling stories that help strengthen Nuveen’s associate engagement and employer brand.
