Top Ten Reviews has been writing about the best consumer products and services available in the US for over 16 years, covering a range of topics from how to clean a washing machine to gas lawn mower deals.

As Staff Writer at Top Ten Reviews you’ll be working alongside the Editor, Deputy Editor and Features Editor to play a key part in the day-to-day running of the website’s home appliance and yard (garden) equipment with multiple types of content including news, feature articles, deals posts and more.

What You'll Be Doing…

The Staff Writer is responsible for writing daily news and deals articles, and weekly reviews plus updates to buying guides. The role is an integral part of a small team within which you’ll have the opportunity to pitch and deliver ideas that are in line with the brand's overall content strategy.

You'll be writing 1-2 full reviews of appliances or yard equipment each week and 1-2 daily news and / or deals articles, assisting with buying guide updates and attending and covering industry events (press conferences / trade shows) on behalf of Top Ten Reviews.

Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve…

An interest in and knowledge of home appliances and yard equipment.
Proven ability to write high quality engaging, relevant content.
Proven ability to deliver high volumes of content at pace.
Understanding of SEO, and methods of identifying and ranking for, targeted terms.
Understanding and experience of content management systems.
Ability and willingness to build on any existing editorial experience.
