The Digital Communications Manager supports and coaches a team of bankers who primarily handle inbound email communications from customers. The bankers are also cross-trained to chat with customers who interact with the U.S. Bank mobile app. Customer inquiries via email or chat are similar in scope and complexity to inquiries that come in on the phone. This is a unique opportunity to impact the service that we provide to customers who prefer written communication with U.S. Bank. The Digital Communications manager will help ensure timely answers to emails and chats and coach team members on their problem solving and written communication skills. This position collaborates closely with a peer who will co-manage the Digital Communications teams.
