Work/Project Scope:
Create and update content for our Help center and other customer-facing resources, including content for our customer support team to use to reply to customer inquiries.
Create clear, concise copy and interject our supportive brand voice.
Must-Have Requirements:
Solid grammar in American English (native speaker preferred)
You have the desire to dig deep into a topic and fully understand it so you can explain it simply, in detail, to others
You write clearly so those who have learned English as a Second language are able to easily understand
Take feedback about your writing and make adjustments, as needed
You can commit to using brand voice as a guide to all communications
You have a proven track record of juggling multiple projects at the same time without sacrificing the quality of your work
You are comfortable working on multiple initiatives at once and adapting as priorities shift.
Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders to make sure content is accurate and represents our brand.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs and writing newsletters/reports as part of these programs.
Familiarity with adding content to Zendesk.
