As a writer in the editorial team (within European marketing), the content you create will help to bring that mission to life for professional investors, supporting the communication of Vanguard’s core products and capabilities.

The role:

You will plan and create effective, engaging and high-quality marketing collateral and content for Vanguard’s model portfolio services at the asset-class and product level. This will include the development of thought leadership, sales messages, product collateral, educational materials and fund reporting, helping to communicate the value of Vanguard’s capabilities to a professional audience.
You will work with Vanguard’s product specialists, subject matter experts, investment management and distribution teams to promote Vanguard’s capabilities and enhance its position in the marketplace.
You will demonstrate initiative and creativity in working across a variety of mediums to deliver a consistent and compelling message, considering ways to maximise content through thematic campaigns.
You will produce high-quality content in compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate standards. You will be able to respond to the changing market environment with flexibility while maintaining quality and accuracy.

What It Takes

c10 years related work experience, ideally as an investment or product writer within an asset manager.
Demonstrable technical investment knowledge across asset classes including fixed income, equities and multi-asset.
Strong written skills are essential, particularly experience of working across formats.
Experience of writing for a wholesale audience preferred, with retail experience helpful.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Excellent written and communication skills.

This position is hybrid and would require you to work in the office location Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
