The Role:
We’re seeking a seasoned Videographer & Video Editor who is not just capable of leading their own projects but is also driven to propel our team to greater heights. You should be:
Detail-oriented, excelling under tight deadlines.
Capable of evolving with our dynamic, expanding team.
Involved in the logistical planning and leadership of shoots, working within larger crews.
Able to lead your own shoots and manage junior team members, as well as external crew.
Proficient in editing videos to an exceptional standard.
Key Requirements:
A confident self-shooter, with excellent understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio.
Able to provide an impressive, wide-array of example work.
Highly skilled in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Skilled in colour grading.
A compelling storyteller.
Highly capable in coordinating projects from pre-production to post-production.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to manage time efficiently and adhere to strict deadlines.
Ability to commute to our East Grinstead studio or relocate.
Full, valid driving license.
Advantageous:
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro.
Experience with Sony cameras.
Previous experience in a video agency or a similar role.
Example work with corporate clients.
