As Business and Communications Analyst on the Business Operations team, you will lead communications and engagement projects that impact the Value-Added Services organization at scale. You will work across functions and in partnership with various stakeholders toward objectives that include improving employee experiences, accelerating technologist productivity, and simplifying knowledge sharing across the organization. The analyst will also play a key role in supporting Technology portfolio reporting, including various management reports/dashboards with standard cadence and all required data analysis. We will rely on your sense of curiosity to ask appropriately provocative questions as you gather input from disparate sources and synthesize content in various forms. Your ingenuity and ability to leverage technology to execute simple solutions will help us solve some big problems. Your strong work ethic to see projects to completion will feed into our collective effort to drive positive outcomes.
