Business Reporter/Editor

The Washington Examiner is looking for a talented and experienced business writer to play a leading role in its coverage of the intersection of politics and business. The job entails working with another writer and a supervising editor to cover national and international business trends as well as corporate decisions and market moves. An essential part of this work is to report on the impact that policy decisions in Washington have on Corporate America. Legislation and regulation affect the decisions that businesses big and small make about their planning, growth, product lines, location, and much more. Washington policymakers have an outsized impact on business tax planning, capitalization, revenues and profits. We want to report on all of this.
