TransPerfect is looking for Web Content Editors to manage website content for one of our key customers. The Web Content Editor will work as part of a small client-focused team servicing the maintenance and content updates of our client’s digital content delivery. The position works together with TransPerfect’s Digital Project Managers and translation teams to execute and deliver services for maintaining high quality, up-to-date content on those sites across international markets.
Position responsibilities:
Managing website copy content updates, content authoring, content implementation/depreciation, adjustment of images, creation of landing pages, etc. across global and/or local sites
Assisting with migration of content into new system with the same Content Management Systems (CMS) and day to day maintenance of all sites
Managing a high number of daily tasks (daily content updates across multiple markets) within the client’s ticketing and CMS: ServiceNow & Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Working to agreed deadlines, turnaround times, service level agreements and quality metrics.
Participating in weekly client scrum meetings
Communicating with client stakeholders across the world via ServiceNow and/or email
Keeping content update tickets up to date according to latest status
Diligent troubleshooting for minor technical issues within the scope of the daily tasks and escalation of such issues when required to technical teams.
Collaborate with others on the project/program team to manage/execute on the daily requirements.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Essential skills and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in any field, or certification of Higher Education.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with Content Authoring tools and workflows.
Working knowledge and understanding of basic CMS processes.
1-2 years’ experience in a website or IT oriented position in a corporate environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.
Analytical skills.
Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems, and think beyond the immediate task at hand in order to provide excellent service.
