Web Copywriter Customer Self-Service Websites

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Web Copywriter Customer Self-Service Websites for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in A Remote Role.
Responsibilities :
Help make things easier for our customers by writing clear, helpful instructional copy for Client's self-service websites.
Collaborate with user experience designers, content strategists and product teams to ensure customers have simple, intuitive ways to enroll in and service their products.
Required Skills:
Experience with writing instructional and help copy for transactional systems and customer support desired.
3-5 years of experience writing copy for small-to-midsize promotional campaigns, corporate capability materials, or basic Web content.
3-5 years of copy experience in web-copy writing for transactional websites and supporting customer self-service.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
Experience in Microsoft Office and other web writing tools.
Candidate will preferably have familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Has experience working in high visibility projects.
