Website Content and Communications Manager - W&CM

The Customer & Product function is a critical area within the Wealth & Capital Markets Platform. It provides strategic and operational leadership to all W&CM business units in the areas of product design and management, customer insights and strategies, marketing and distribution. W&CM aspires to build long-term competitive advantage from customer understanding and relationships and to create a coordinated go-to-market strategy across the platform to enhance the return from and to customers. The Website Content and Communications Manager is part of the Marketing team and is responsible for all website related requirements of the W&CM Team. They are responsible for developing and managing the W&CM website content to be user-friendly, accurate and compliant . This role is also responsible for producing other online and offline customer communications that support Product, Marketing and Distribution initiatives.
