The Bank Marketing Manager is responsible for the oversight, design, and success of marketing programs in support of specific lines of business and strategic marketing channels. The Bank Marketing Manager works to create a culture and build a framework within the organization for making marketing decisions based on data and analyses of the market and consumers. This role will work closely with business unit leaders and their teams to ensure the marketing initiatives and projects are consistent and integrated with the overall line of business and company strategic plans. This role develops and recommends customer centric strategies and initiatives to optimize distribution channels, maximize sales, and design differentiated branded experiences that align with Westfield Bank’s mission, vision, and goals.
