Head of Global PR

The Head of Global PR reports into our VP Corporate Communications and is responsible for managing WorldRemit’s profile in the media, creating visibility for the company’s brand and mission globally. The company is growing rapidly in multiple markets – Africa, APAC and LATAM, as well as in major send markets – the US and UK. This role which will work mainly in corporate communications, will lead our PR strategy and execution. You will have excellent knowledge of the US/UK fintech/payments scene, top-level media contacts in the tech, fintech and banking press and be accustomed to working globally.

Ideally you will have a mixture of agency and in-house experience, and be a team-player with a high degree of personal credibility and integrity. You will be comfortable with being able to lead and be hands-on for delivery.
