The Opportunity
As our first in-house marketing copywriter, you will tell the story of Tiny Health and enable growth across product and marketing channels. You will become an expert on the Tiny Health brand and develop impactful content for advertising campaigns, landing pages, emails, blog posts, and more. This position reports directly to the Marketing Lead.
What You’ll Do:
Write and edit emails, landing pages, marketing materials, social media, and advertising copy that builds trust in Tiny Health’s brand
Develop conversion-focused copy for paid ad channels
Leverage qualitative and quantitative user research and persona data to create empathy-driven copy that resonates with our audience
Translate complex scientific concepts into understandable content to engage our audience and motivate them to act
Research topics, keywords, and industry trends to inform our content strategy
Develop short- and long-form blog articles that educate and engage readers while enhancing SEO
Publish content online using content management systems (CMS)
Build and maintain a content calendar to help prioritize content production and give the team visibility into the content pipeline
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and science teams, as well as outside agencies/contractors
Work with performance marketers to develop, execute, analyze, and iterate on copy experiments to enhance content across marketing channels
Make data-driven decisions that contribute to our key metrics and OKRs
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years’ professional copywriting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment (past work in direct-to-consumer health/wellness brands a bonus)
Effective in conveying brand tone and voice across multiple marketing channels
Ability to take complex concepts and translate them into copy that moves the performance marketing needle across multiple channels
Strong written communication skills and the ability to both create and edit copy
Experience posting written content and images via CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics/Sheets)
A portfolio of writing samples illustrating work across marketing channels
A curious mind and a desire to hit the ground running
Having some training or knowledge in holistic, functional nutrition, or wellness and health approaches is a PLUS.
