Responsible for providing excellent service to customers who place a bet at the Race & Sports Book area. Processes all cash transactions quickly and accurately.

Primary Job Duties:
Greet customers, input betting information into the computer, print tickets, accept money and give tickets and change to customers.
Accurately maintain bank.
Verify winning tickets.
Handle and solve any concerns and questions by customers.
Explain wagering information when needed.
Maintain and update betting boards for customers to view.
Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Experience processing cash transactions of substantial amounts.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Working knowledge of betting systems used in a similar resort setting.
Minimum Education And Experience:
Must be 21 years of age
At least one-year previous customer service experience in gaming or related field.
Preferred:
At least one-year previous customer service experience in gaming or related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Gaming License.
