The Texas Faculty Association is calling all union siblings and higher education colleagues. TFA is paying freelance writers for original pieces. You do not need to be a member to submit something on one of the requested topics at this time. Writing must be submitted by March 15. Topics we are accepting through March 15, 2022 are: administrative bloat at Texas colleges/universities in the past 5-10 years, the great disengagement of higher ed (may include mental health of COVID), higher ed faculty organizing efforts in states with no collective bargaining, and issues facing contingent faculty.
