The Wall Street Journal seeks a London-based reporter to cover the vast terrain of global finance.

This position will use the eminently livable city of London as a listening post for international capital flows, writing about institutions including banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds. The job requires being as comfortable breaking news as delivering deeply reported investigations and narrative pieces. We want to identify the trends roiling finance, dig deep into the most consequential institutions, and uncover information readers won’t find anywhere else.
