The Wall Street Journal’s Health & Science group is looking for an energetic and enterprising editor to help lead our science coverage into the future. You will manage a growing team of reporters covering scientific fields from astronomy to robotics, genetics and climate change. New technologies and the changing priorities of the global community are accelerating the pace of scientific discovery, which reaches into every corner of the global economy. You will be responsible for making sure we do more than just keep up with new findings, but that we provide insight and context to help readers understand how science applies to their lives, their jobs, their environment and their health. We're looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience managing reporters, and a proven ability to break news as well as tell compelling narrative stories across platforms and mediums. Experience covering the STEM fields is preferred.
