Oracle Sales and Partner Academy (OSPA) is a large, global team within the Global Sales Operations organization at Oracle. The OSPA team designs and delivers modern learning solutions for Oracle's worldwide salesforce. The Lead Strategist, Communications and Standards leads strategies and processes that drive awareness, visibility and access to OSPA learning offerings. This is a key role in enabling Oracle’s global salesforce to continually grow their skills and expertise in Oracle’s industry-leading products and solutions.
