The Dallas Business Journal’s Leaders in Diversity Awards program will honor organizations and individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in business leadership and who bolster equality across all areas of diversity; including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion.
For 14 years, the DBJ’s signature Minority Business Leader Awards program recognized diverse business leaders who held distinguished track records in advocating for others within their communities and workplaces across North Texas. Continuing to recognize advocacy efforts, the second annual Leaders in Diversity Awards program has expanded to highlight efforts across all of diversity and inclusion.
