After a fantastic 2020 programme which saw a record number of entries, we’re delighted to announce that our 2021 Engage Awards programme is now open for entries.

The 2021 Engage Awards boasts 20 categories across four overarching groups; Employee Experience, Customer Experience, Innovation, Technology and Integration, and Workforce and Workplace Transformation.

To recognise the rapidly changing world of engagement and the fantastic initiatives that we’ve seen implemented over the last 12 months that have transformed colleague and customer experience, we have introduced new categories for the 2021 programme.
