Property Express Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Works and Housing will host the 2022 Green Housing Investment Exhibition and the Diaspora Ghana Property Awards to showcase the potentials of the Housing Industry and the opportunities that exist for investors in the Diaspora.

Currently, Ghanaians in the diaspora contribute 60 percent of investment into the Housing market in Ghana. This investment is a vital financial instrument to the development of the infrastructure landscape in the country. In helping to address the housing situation and recognizing the great impact of the Diasporians contribution, the Ghana Property Awards will be showcasing the best of Ghana’ Developers and Contractors to these investors in London to deepen their relationship to enable them bring on board other investors.

The Ministry will also be offered the opportunity to educate the Diasporians on the need to invest in the housing market not only for family use but see it as the best investment option to create wealth.

The Ministry and the private developers will also have the opportunity to interact with other fund managers to present their project for sourcing finance and other partnership in expanding their business.
