SAPOA is excited to once again invite entries for the 2022 Property Development Awards for Innovative Excellence, the most prestigious programme of its kind within the South African commercial real estate industry. The awards acknowledge and recognize some of the most innovative property developments that contribute towards the enhancement of our built environment.
We are constantly interrogating our categories and improving the criteria to ensure that all building types are acknowledged. The entry categories this year vary from Corporate and Commercial Office Developments to Industrial, International, Residential and Mixed-use Developments. We have recently introduced categories for Rural & Small-town Developments, Retail Refurbishments, and Interiors Awards.
