It's a celebration! Join TBJ as we celebrate amazing Triad businesswomen. Know an outstanding female leader? Submit a nomination for Triad Business Journal's Outstanding Women in Business awards.
• To get started, here are some of the traits we are looking for in a nomination:

- Executive Leadership
Other things to keep in mind:
- Be specific. When submitting a nomination, please provide details on how your nominee has guided changes, yielded measurable improvements and made lasting improvements in her profession and through her community engagement. Consider including anecdotal examples that reveal her leadership style and effectiveness. Self nominations are welcome. No one knows your accomplishments better than you and we do not publicize the nominator in any way.
