Whether it’s a programme, product, partnership or service, if you have an idea that has the potential to make education fairer that you want to develop into a thriving initiative, we are here to support you!
The Innovation Award is a year-long programme of support including a £22,500 salary contribution for up to six individuals, based anywhere in England, working on a bold new idea that tackles the root causes of educational inequality in England.
This award is open to two types of innovators:
• Entrepreneurs: any member of the public who wants funding and training to establish a new initiative and to develop, test and scale their solution.
• Intrapreneurs: FEA member organisations who want to launch a new initiative within their organisation and want funding and training for a staff member to develop, test and embed an internal innovation.
