Since 1997 the UK Housing Awards have shone a light on the remarkable teams and individuals who have demonstrated a real commitment to the housing sector and whose work has made a valuable impact to the people and communities they serve.
On 25 November 2021, the housing sector reunited to celebrate winners across 19 categories who have gone above and beyond for their tenants, projects that have sought to eliminate homelessness, campaigns to enable residents to upskill and enter the workforce, effective climate change initiatives and many more. Entries were judged by an esteemed panel of sector leaders, and shortlisted entrants were invited to showcase their work as part of the judging process.
