Here's how the program works: Nominees must be residents of the greater Wichita area (Harvey, Butler, Sedgwick & Sumner County) and Under the age of 40 as of April 1, 2024. Nominees will be evaluated on leadership, community involvement and contributions to their organization. Think of your clients, colleagues, friends, family -- anyone who matches the criteria -- and nominate as many as you'd like.
