This event is also celebrating its 10th anniversary . Together Against Each Other: Focal points in day-to-day business - as usual contrary - the professional exchange platform for the various positions in employment law.
The focus is on four topics that have caused a lot of discussion in employment law practice because of their uncertain solution approaches: the reorganization of working time recording required by the legislator, the intrusion of AI into the world of work, the (still) permissible remuneration of works council chairmen and the effectiveness of company agreements. In addition, there are well-known "classics" such as the current overview of case law and the panel discussion with all speakers.
A key note at the end deals with “Early detection of crises and conflict situations in an international context”.
