This year's Symposium will also provide practical tools and training and give participants the opportunity to provide input that will help shape future receivables management efforts. Debt Management Services is focused on an improved approach to managing federal accounts receivable portfolios, preventing improper payments, effectively managing and resolving current receivables, and collecting delinquent debts through Cross-Servicing and centralized offset. This Symposium is designed to reach a broad federal audience working in the federal improper payments, receivables and debt collection fields.
