The CAHEC Partners Conference promises a congenial opportunity for networking and keeping informed about changes in the tax credit arena. Developers, investors, and tax credit professionals learn about current economic, legislative, and regulatory issues impacting the tax credit industry as well as investors’ perspectives on equity market trends. Property Managers are offered opportunities to strengthen their grasp of tax credit compliance. The sessions combine training with educational interactive sessions that equip participants with the tools and know-how for managing a tax credit community.
In addition to the educational sessions offered at the conference, attendees are also able to enjoy building new relationships and catching up with friends at the reception and dinner on the first evening of the conference. Highlighting the conference agenda, the annual Partners Appreciation Luncheon is the occasion where we recognize the hard work and achievements of this year’s CAHEC Award recipients.
