This hybrid event will be co-organized with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, the University of Cambridge, the Brookings Institution, and the Bank Policy Institute.
Our goal since we first launched our conference series has been to provide a platform for fintech experts from various backgrounds to come together to discuss emerging issues in financial technology, their impact, and the appropriate policy responses.
In the past, we have covered the benefits and risks of artificial intelligence/machine learning; the future of blockchain; digital cash, including central bank digital currency and stablecoins; buy now, pay later; consumer protection; fintech partnership; Web 3.0; Metaverse; and more. We will continue the discussion this year to incorporate more recent shifts in the fintech landscape and to explore potential approaches to fintech regulation.
