We will present and explore a multi-sectoral view of the opportunities to invest in and develop resilient and sustainable infrastructure. What are the infrastructure priorities of island governments and are they being effectively implemented? Is there sufficient incentive and access for private sector sponsors and financiers to support the project pipeline?

We’ll address the tough questions about regulation, financing and collaboration. Are governments and regulators creating an enabling environment for sustainable growth? Are multilateral organizations and development banks doing enough to support the market?
