In Asia, companies tend to adapt to new technologies faster, focusing on the competencies of AI-trained staff rather than addressing job-displacement concerns. European firms take a more cautious approach to AI implementation, in part due to the EU’s robust regulatory framework for data privacy and AI ethics, and the region’s comparatively strong labor protections.
