This is a yearly international conference with focus on applied artificial intelligence (AI). The purpose is to raise and discuss the important questions for how we can and should apply AI.
The conference is a meeting place for both private and public industry, politicians, academia, and the general public where competence sharing, demonstrations and debate build a solid foundation for innovations and development of society.
This is the 5th year we’re organizing the conference, and the importance of applied AI grows exponentially every year. It’s challenging to stay in the forefront of such rapid development of the field, and for 2024 we think it’s important to focus on how we should control the use of foundation models and other AI tools which challenge the way we work.
Join us to explore these critical questions and contribute to shaping the future of AI applications!
The purpose of of this event is to offer Norwegian as well as international environments an arena for competence sharing and interaction within the field of artificial intelligence, which will provide a solid foundation for succeeding with computer-driven economy and innovation.
An overall goal is to create societal and business development. Its consortium naturally wishes to contribute to the Norwegian government reaching its digitalization goals, as stated in both the digitalization strategy for the public sector and in the national strategy for artificial intelligence. Applied artificial intelligence and sustainability are main focus areas, in addition to creating an interactional arena between problem keepers and problem solvers. This is expected to grow to become a natural arena for industries where applied artificial intelligence can be integrated with business purposes, and for networking and innovation.
