The conference will open with a presentation from the “father of emerging markets funds” Dr Mark Mobius, founder of Mobius Capital Partners. The title of his latest book: The Inflation Myth and the Wonderful World of Deflation suggests a lateral take on a topic of prime concern to investors.

Our second keynote speaker is Dr Ayesha Khanna, co-founder and CEO of ADDO AI, a Singapore-based artificial intelligence solutions firm and incubator. An expert on AI, smart cities and fintech, she has advised organisations including Singapore’s SMRT, Pakistan’s Habib Bank and the government of Dubai.

The conference will bring together some of the world’s leading real estate investors to discuss the global outlook for the sector and Asia Pacific’s position in the post-pandemic recovery.

Niche real estate sectors are popular with investors and none is hotter than data centres, which provide the infrastructure for the digital economy, while the conference will also hear about hotels and student accommodation, both set for a renaissance as life returns to normal. We also hear why multifamily residential has become a preferred sector for global investors.
