The membership has grown to over 400 institutions and now includes banks, non-bank financial institutions, law firms, insurers, government and rating agencies as well as data and other service providers.
Through its various committees the promotes standards on critical issues affecting the syndicated loan market, including green and sustainable finance, loan trading and risk-free reference rates.
The serves its membership by providing access to a suite of recommended form template documents and guidance notes, which are updated regularly to reflect legal and regulatory changes. These include recommendations to promote common standards across APAC in respect of sustainable finance and benchmark reforms. It also provides a professional networking platform to promote knowledge sharing and education across the region.
