Participant loans can become headaches if you don’t know the rules. Join us to talk about the things that go wrong most often and how to avoid and correct these common errors. We will review the basic rules for loans, as well as rules for defaulting loans, treating defaulted loans as deemed distributions and options for correcting defaulted loans. We will also talk about how to treat loans for employees on leaves of absence.
