With the online seminar we give you a compact overview of the basics and practical challenges in the implementation of the banking supervisory requirements for reporting to investors from the banking sector.
The subject is the treatment of investments in investment funds according to the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), taking into account the respective assets of the fund.
Also relevant for KVGs are the changes made by CRR II, which are to be applied for the first time from June 2021 and affect the determination of the risk weights, which is why they should already be taken into account in upcoming investment decisions.
