The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is hosting a Bank Roundtable discussion regarding the Wisconsin Statewide Homeownership Network’s plan to gather information and increase engagement in rural Wisconsin. The webinar presenters will discuss key ideas to strengthen affordable housing stability in northwest Wisconsin. The discussion will focus on ways to support the development of CRA services, loans and investments. Attendees will learn strategies to increase referrals for pre- and post-purchase homeownership programming, and loan fund structuring to help mitigate risk of first mortgages originated in low- and moderate-income rural communities.
