The Women in Real Estate Summit 2017 presented by Magnum Opus Federal and brought to you by Better Than Success, is a one-day intensive real estate investing summit featuring a line-up of all star women real estate investors. This event is dedicated to giving investors and investor hopefuls, both men and women alike, the skills to achieve their real estate investing goals and build wealth through real estate.

Currently our real estate investing community is growing as well as the amount women getting involved.

Selena Earley
currently working on a package deal where the company sold 32 properties for $1.2M

Marquita Eshun
currently owns a hair salon and the building it is operated out of. Eshun also owns 3 additional properties. By trade she is a CPA, therefore has managed books and real estate tax filings. In addition, she knows the best ways for organizing the properties i.e. LLC's, trusts etc.

Rhonesha Howerton
has assets and amazing credit to use as leverage to acquire more assets. She makes as much money as she wants by whole selling properties - by using Social Media as a major advertising outlet for FREE to do so!

Shaquiyyah Jenkins
has rehabbed and flipped over 100 properties across Philadelphia and Florida. She started her company, Domain Real Estate Group, 3 1/2 years ago and since has added over 20 agents to her team.

Asha Knuckles
a novice investor, however, has been able to tackle difficult transactions while just getting started. She focuses on bank owned and foreclosure properties while redeveloping the Camden City area. Knuckles also focuses on creating homeownership by paying for a portion of her client's credit repair in order to better their chances onn their real estate endeadvors.

Samantha Lyons
represents both buyers and sellers in multiple sales of real estate portfolios and management companies with transaction values of up to 9 million dollars.

Alexis Miles
Currently has $100,000 million dollars of real estate deals planned.

Ayesha Selden
Owns 25 single family residences worth over $3 million with debt on only 4 properties.
