Under the Minimum Competency Code 2017, there is a requirement for members of the board of a mortgage credit intermediary to complete 6 hours continuous professional development (CPD) as outlined in provision 2.2.2 of the MCC 2017 below. This requirement is for members of the board even if they are not advising. If the individual already holds a recognised qualification and is completing their 15 hours CPD, there is no additional requirement.
