In 1999, PREA introduced the CEO Leadership Forum, an invitation-only event designed to improve communication between the top decision makers from the consulting, investment management and investor communities.

PREA holds two major conferences each year: the Spring Conference and the Annual Institutional Investor Real Estate Conference. PREA conferences feature high quality educational sessions and speakers that cover today's critical issues as well as opportunities for meaningful interaction and dialogue between investors and managers.
