Citywire runs a global events programme for professional investors involved in fund manager selection.

The aim is to link those investors to a global pool of fund management talent. So our meetings-based formats give delegates the opportunity to sit down face-to-face with a line-up of top-performing portfolio managers, covering just about every possible asset class.

In more than ten years of organising events, we have worked with leading asset management firms from around the world and brought together professional fund analysts from all the major financial centres.

Citywire will be returning to the stunning setting of the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence for the flagship annual retreat, Citywire Italy 2017.

Furthermore, drawing on our database of over 15,000 active fund managers, the event will also feature a tailor-made session where Citywire's Nisha Long, head of cross border investment research, will present original and exclusive fund manager research.

In addition, we’ve yet again taken on board delegates’ feedback and will be following on from the well-received fund selector panel sessions held at the previous editions, Citywire Italy 2016 and Citywire Venice 2017 .

This will see a new, tailored panel session in which senior fund selectors will take the stage. Details of these panellists and themes set to be interrogated will be announced in the coming weeks.
