This event will feature a number of discussions to understand the best possible collection strategies within a challenging economic environment.
This event is aim is to create an engaging environment with the aim of enabling all participants to learn about change within collections and the role technology and innovation have to play in an ever-changing environment. The last event was attended by just over 240 collections professionals across four streams.
The next edition of the event will explore conversations around the collections strategies as the UK begins to get to grips with consumer duty and rising the cost of living challenges
